Pesto fest? Sign me up!
We got arugula, cilantro and purple mustard greens from our CSA, plus we have some leftover sun-dried tomatoes. So my plan is arugula-almond pesto, peanut-chile-cilantro pesto, purple-mustard-green-garlic-tahini pesto, and sun-dried-tomato-olive pesto.
