My Euonymus Americanus are blooming...but they're not much to look at. In truth nobody plants these things for their flowers. They plant them for their fruits. You can't eat the fruits. They ar poisonous, but they are very ornamental. Unfortunately our house, along with these euonymus will belong to someone else when the fruits come on. The euonymus americanus is confusingly also known as the Strawberry Bush (as I said it does not produce strawberries, just poisonous but very pretty berries). Its other names include brook euonymus, bursting heart, hearts-a-bustin, hearts-a-bustin-love and burning bush.
